Uploaded documents may be temporarily processed by the LifeMate server so text can be extracted and analyzed. Temporary server-side upload files are intended to be removed after processing.
You should avoid uploading passwords, financial account credentials, government identification numbers or other highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the feature you are using.

LifeMate may provide optional memory features that allow information to be remembered between conversations. Memory can be managed or cleared through the LifeMate interface when available.

LifeMate uses reasonable technical safeguards such as authentication, rate limiting and security headers. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Information may be retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account functionality, comply with applicable requirements or protect the service from misuse.

Depending on the feature, you may be able to delete conversations, clear memory, change preferences or stop using the service.
10. Children
LifeMate is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is legally required.
